Vinyl Fencing Specifications

Rails are 16' long. Rail ends are alternated between posts to increase strength and durability. 8' rails are available for gates and short sections.

Select 1.5 x 5.5 or 2 x 6 rails. 2 x 6 rails available in ribbed or hollow profiles.
Wall thickness: for the rails=1.5"x5.5"x192" = .090" thick and 2"x6"x192" = .090" thick. The posts 5"x5" = .135" thick.

The lock ring secures the rail inside the post.

All posts are 5x5 located on 8' centers. Gate posts and end posts are filled with concrete and rebarb to ensure stability of the gate. All posts are normally set in concrete.
